Screening Sites
Your memory concerns matter to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA). That's why we initiated "Community Memory Screenings." On this site, we list free, confidential memory screenings that local organizations are offering during the year in their communities as part of this initiative.
Note: AFA's "Community Memory Screenings" initiative is in addition to National Memory Screening Day held each November.
